You people don't know that? Moreover don't eat cereals even the most healty are so unhealthy since they are processed and high in sugar :P

Feb 8, 2010 - I eat Oatmeal, Wheatina, Grits, MaltoMeal, Cream of wheat, Cream of Rice, Whole grains like rice millet & barley with Fresh fruits raisins, dried fruits, honey, maple syrup, spices & nuts. Including ground flax seeds! :)) Grind the flax seeds yourself -- it helps to preserve the nutrients before you consume them.
