Sep 19, 2008 - Great presentation. I had IBS from my teens up until a couple years ago. I eventually went for diagnosis and treatment. Tried a few approaches but I found that the best treatment for me has been to avoid all dairy products, use a veggie fiber product (like psyllium or hemp) drink a lot of water and take your Orange probiotic. I also think that the initial colon hydrotherapy sessions I took helped. Anyways...thanks - and i love your stuff!

Sep 19, 2008 - Colon health has been an interest of mine for years, but since I have been re-assessing my diet lately, I'm curious as to your opinion. How many BMs should a healthy person have per day? How long should it take for food to make its way through the colon? Is four hours too fast?

pHionBalance Says:

Sep 19, 2008 - Good question...experts say 2 - 3 times per day. I don't think 4 - 6 hours is too fast.

Jan 19, 2009 - Is this something that has to be taken on a daily basis for the rest of your life? And how often should you do the colon cleanse?

Apr 10, 2009 - Can you recommend a good product? I already tried 7 day cleanse and it did not work. I still poop like pencil thin. I'm 330 pounds I don't eat much my problem is poopin. How bout this COLONIX?

5trik9 Says:

May 3, 2009 - Don't know if you tried it yet, but that colonix stuff is crazy! I only crapped once every three days before using it, but while with the program 2-3 times a day. Just stinks it's kind of expensive... if you're serious about it, it works, though. Whats funny is I came across this channel by chance. Was checking out acidic diet info.

Jul 11, 2009 - when taking a probiotic does it interfere with other supplements we are taking at that time?

FinalFantasy51485 Says:

Aug 19, 2009 - honey, just put a couple spoons of non-fat plain yogurt in your colonic water, and you good to go.
